Pricing Transparency Manager - AllPayor System

Job Description


Manages assigned clients and acts as a liaison between MCAnalyTXs and its customers through a variety of communication methods.


+ Answers direct client calls regarding use and operation of the AllPayor system.
+ Organizes, investigates and resolves issues in a timely and effective manner.
+ Conducts system training, additional/individual training sessions, module specific tutorials, and product functionality training as needed.
+ Holds bi-weekly/monthly calls with new clients.
+ Review variety of insurance contracts to gain a thorough understanding of payment methodologies.
+ Enter insurance contract payment terms and methodologies into the AllPayor system through data entry or an automated upload process.
+ Analyze various reports to verify accuracy of insurance reimbursement calculations.
+ Support and maintain the price estimation module for assigned clients.
+ Performs initial system build of pricing transparency module for new clients including: set up of pricing information, coding information, and system tables. + Provides ongoing training and support for system maintenance and resolution of issues.


Requirements


Knowledge/Experience

+ Minimum 3 years’ experience in operational setting, preferably in managed care or hospital and/or physician patient accounts.
+ Experience working with DRG, ICD-9/10, CPT and/or HCPCS coding systems.
+ Knowledge of insurance medical forms (including UB04 and CMS1500).
+ Computer proficiency including experience with Microsoft Excel.
+ Ability to read and interpret an extensive variety of documents such as contracts, claims, instructions, policies and procedures in written (in English) and diagram form.
+ Ability to calculate rates using a variety of modeling methods.
